The freshest and most cost efficient bubble tea around, the tapioca is fresh every time, not overly sweet. The service is super... friendly, makes me feel welcome. My go to place! Read more

Ordered a large avocado smoothie. The drink was mostly ice and water. You pay $11 or so but you get so little fruit. It tasted... watered down. Disappointing. Have been to this location in the past and it wasn?t this bad. Standards have dropped. Read more

very good location, good drinks and good customer service. The staffs are friendly and fast in making drinks. Sometime i go... there when they are not busy, they are really opened talking with me. I dont know why the previous comment says they refuse toserve juice before closing an hour, bcz few times i ordered orange / carrot juice at 6.40 pm, they still made it for me. Theysay they will close the juice section 15 min before closing ( they close at 7pm) Read more

I stopped here for the first time for a beverage while shopping at Parkway Mall. It?s real tough with business down due to the... COVID-19 restrictions! The employee was happy to see me! Finally, a customer! I chose a medium Mango D Slush $5.99 with realMango chunks. Service was excellent and I dropped a tip into the dish to show my appreciation. Read more

This place is such a disappointment. When I went to order there, there were so many red flags. 1. It looks like a knockoff of... Real Fruit. It has the nice dried wood walls around the store. But the back is white tiled kitchen and its messy. 2. Theyforgot to put a lid on the mango slush bubble tea for the customer before me. She had to ask three times before theyrealized. 3. After I ordered mine the worker took a used bin out of the sink, sniffed it and then put my mangoes inside. I hadjust seen water sloshed around from all other works in that sink. 4. I specifically said no tapioca, they proceeded to placethe most tapioca ever. 5. The mango slush tasted terrible. So many tiny air bubbles felt like the texture of spit. The onlyupside was the tapioca, though I dislike tapioca in my fruit slushies. The tapioca was fresh. The thing is bubble tea is aboutpresentation and cleanliness as much as it is also about flavour. Like other drink vendors you see the vendors making the drinkright in front of you. In the case of Real Fruit the fruits are sliced and processed for all the customers to see. Thisparticular bubble tea place looks the opposite of fresh. That visual seeps into the drink. The drink itself is clearly madewith more water and sugar than normal. The resulting texture is a drink with many micro bubbles. It honestly feels gross on mytongue. Read more

Love coming here for some bubble tea. I've tried many kind from taro to Avocado slush. Favorite is definitely the mango diamond... slush. Get it in the largest size with some tapioca to share. The price is decent at $8. There are small mango slices with realmango smoothie, perfect for a hot sunny day. Read more
