Reviews for Premium Sweets Dessert Grill & Tea House in Scarborough, ON
I don't know what happened to them, but the taste and quality of their savory items have gone down very bad recently. Also,... quite a few items they are saying are no longer on their menus. And I am not giving this review based on just one badexperience, but it has been repetitive for the past few orders. The tehari we had yesterday was just so bad that I couldn't holdmyself back from writing this review. Giving two stars only for their amazing staffs. I wish if I could giv3 negative stars formy recent orders. Read more
Visited this place to try out their Indian / Bengali sweets. They had some nice variety but not everything I saw on their... website. The guy that served me was very nice and courteous. The Vogh Sagar had a very nice texture and were not too sweet. Ialso liked the Gulab Jamun, tasted very fresh. The ladoos were a bit disappointing though. Still would definitely return andrecommend to friends. Also they package the sweets very nicely and it makes for a very nice gift for loved ones. Read more
One of the best (if not the best Bengali restaurant in Toronto). Food is great, the sweets are world famous, okay fine may be... just in Bangladesh but still, it's super delicious ????????????. But above all, the atmosphere, decor, service, cleanliness, professionalism are above 5* when compared to any other Bengali restaurant in Toronto or even a North American place for thatmatter. Now some other stuff. It's very very pricy. It doesn't feel Bengali in any way. Continues to play Hindi music all thetimes. But it might not necessarily be entirely a bad thing. It feels like one of those Fusion places that spans across themulticultural domain and Incorporates the North American standards and culture within it. Just as Thai restaurants beensuccessfully doing for such a long time. Read more
Premium sweets tastes like home, if you?re looking for delicious authentic Bengali food - I highly recommend it. The beef... tehari is delicious and has a ton of meat. The meat is also really tender and the portion is really good too. We also tried thelamb shank which was delicious and you could smell the ghee! Definitely recommend, the gravy was really really good. Thechicken walima roast was really good too, the gravy is thick and it tastes nutty and creamy. The kacchi was really good too.I?ll definitely be ordering again! Read more

This is probably the 1st time I have been introduced to Bangladeshi cuisine by my friends, and I have to say it did not... disappoint. Food is spicy, as to be expected, but that is just me personally. I love how all of the dishes are so professionallyand neatly presented. They all look and actually are very appetizing. Only regret I have is that I did not get to sample the"Sweets" in Premium Sweets. I had no more room for dessert after all the delectable dishes I've gorged down. Read more
