The tastes not very good, I ordered comber for two people which have 5 pieces chicken and I choose spicy flavor also ordered... ghost pepper wings. The only thing I could say is the spicy chicken has no flavor, and taste disgusting, it smells like I am eatraw chicken. So for spicy chicken is 1/5 and for ghost pepper wing is 3/5. Ordered from here for the second time since their opening. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Tiny tiny chicken portion size and sides. You can... tell the owner/management are telling their employees to cut corners to save money. Bad quality chicken, small sides, old fryingoil that tastes bitter. I worry they cut corners in freshness and health safety practices as well since my family felt sickafter eating. Got a Doordash order from here as Doordash doesn't allow you to choose location. Chicken is TINY as it gets, the poutine had... completely unmelted cheese curds, everything was extra greasy, the biscuit was slightly burnt, they gave us Diet Coke instead ofCoke Zero AND THEY FORGOT THE HOT HONEY SAUCE WE PAID EXTRA FOR. Very arrogant staff that secretly charged more on you bill without even mention it nor apologies afterwards. I came here for... daily special, got charged for more than the amount showed on the poster. I ask for the reason, and the manager looking femalesimply smiled and replied "It's because we changed our pirce". And that's it. I ask why you didn't change the poster too? It'sstill showing the old price. She said we may change it later. From beginning till the ends, there is totally NO APOLOGY, nofurther explanation. She added unexpected charge to your bill and totally doesn't think she need to apologize. She just told youyes we charged higher than our menu shows and you need to take it as it. I visited on Thursday, June 2, 2022. I placed my order via the mobile app. This was the worst customer service experience I have... ever had. My sandwiches were made and under the heater for over 20 minutes while they served other customers. I asked what we'rewaiting on and they told me I had to wait 5 minutes for chicken. More than 5 minutes passed, still waiting. Finally I see thempacking my order and then they realize that they don't have enough biscuits and put a batch in to bake. At this point I havebeen waiting close to 40 minutes and I was so annoyed. I told them to forget the biscuits and to just give me something torepace it with. They did give me an order of fries to replace it. One of the staff was so rude and not apologetic at all. Youdon't speak to anyone like that, especially your customers. Ordered online for 2 x 2 piece combos at 12:35. When I arrived the staff told me that they do not take orders past 12:30 so they... substituted one of my 2 piece combos for some freshly made popcorn chicken. That's ok, things happen. I thanked them and left.When I got home this is the amount of popcorn chicken I got for a full $11 combo. Freshly made? Get out of here. Terribleexperience. This Bamburgh Gardens plaza location is great for business since there is a school close by and plenty of foot and vehicle... traffic. Daily specials are available and today was the Cajun Poutine for $3.99. A drink and/or side (e.g. fries, rice, etc.)is an extra charge. I decided on Poutine rather than chicken just to tie me over even though I love the way Popeyes chickentastes. Service was excellent as the franchise owner was working the order counter and expediting the order fulfilment. Thereis a booth & several table seats for indoor dining. Truly disappointed with my experience at this popeyes location. The first time I ordered the chicken nuggets they were really... good so I went back a second time a couple weeks later. Not sure if the management lost their mind but please look at thenuggets they gave me. I ordered chicken nuggets NOT BREAD BITES. The first time was pure chicken and I had no complaints aboutthe breading. Not sure why they chose to be cheap and feed customers bread. This is unacceptable. Via the photo you can tellthey cut the chicken into small pieces and slap on a pound of breading. The rest of the box in the image is all breading, Iswear there was more bread than chicken.
