If you wanna get robbed for your money, and want to not get your belly full, come here. They are stingy, also bring your own... napkins. I had to go back to the counter a multiple times to make sure they filled up my drink, n my fries was on point. I normally order a platter (this comes with two sides for 13.99) This time, the employee charged me for a combo (12.99$) and... then charged me for an additional side (spicy mayo, 1.99$) -> this ends up costing more than the platter. I spoke to thesupervisor and told her that instead of giving me a refund for the price difference, she could just give me a larger drink as aplatter comes with a larger drink. She refused! (I was losing money since they overcharged me but I wanted to try and make it alittle fair for me by having them honour the drink size) She told me that a spicy mayo side costs $1.99 whereas a regular sidecosts more. So if that?s the case, I don?t understand what the issue was? If my side costs LESS money, why would you not allowme to add it as a side with my platter? (You would be saving money as a franchise and I would still get my desired side) Keepin mind, the same supervisor has taken my order in the past and everytime I?ve went to Popeyes this was never an issue. I alwaysordered a platter with one of my sides being a spicy mayo. She just didn?t want to admit that they overcharged me and shecreated a ?NEW? rule that spicy mayo doesn?t count as a side. I cant emphasize enough how stupid she sounded. I have alwaysordered a platter and made my side spicy mayo so that?s funny. Also the employees themselves try to scam you. I went to this restaurant to try out the Wednesday deal i.e 2 Chicken Minis. It was my first time at this particular location.... The staff was friendly, the service was really fast. I barely waited 5 minutes to get my order. The Minis were good and didn'tdisappoint considering the price for it, was just over $5. Read more

I've been doing monthly pest maintenance program service for this shop a long time. I have to say Its sanitation levels are... unbelievably clean. I've never seen ants, cockroaches, rats not even a single fruit fly in today's service at this store. Infact, this is inseparable from the hygiene habits of each staff member. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE. They do not honour app offers. And it took 20 mins to get an order of 3 chicken tenders. There were 5... people ahead of me too. And one employee is sitting having food at the front while shouting instructions to the other staff.Also overheard a staff inside yell the tenders that were just cooked were ?hers?, and I guess mine were next and weren?t evencooked yet. UPDATE: I?ve changed my rating from 2 back to 5 stars. Great staff and customer service. Would benefit from learning some of... the discounts that are offered and their codes from Popeyes Head Office. Other than that; the food itself is hand slaughteredhalal and comes out crispy/ fresh every time. Cannot say the same for other Popeyes locations and fried chicken restaurants!Kudos and well done. Used to have a terrible time at this spot. The management has clearly changed along with the ownership.I've had the pleasure of meeting the owner on two occasions. He's great and quite humble; it shows in his staff. Greatness inservice trickles down from upper management and I believe this is the reason for the kind of quality offered at the EllesmerePopeyes. It's a big popeyes. Convenient location. Fast service. Nice people. To be honest I like popeyes better than KFC reason is... because the chicken batter tastes better. Price has gone up in the past 10yrs. Sandwiches has got smaller and the bucket priceshave increased. Biscuits are really good. Read more
