Love the spicy chicken sandwich here. Too bad that this location sometimes suffers from either poorly trained staff or under... staffing, my guess is under staffing. There is a lady employee that works at this location with big glasses who failed to order check and forgot to give me an item I... paid for. When I drove back around, it took 6 minutes for someone to come to the drive-thru window. When she did, she did notgreet me but gave me a blank stare. I told her I been waiting and that she forgot to give me an item. She handed it to me anddidn?t say a word again. Unacceptable. Read more

The staff is awesome; they always follow... my instructions????????; that's why, it some of my favourite locations to get some freshly fried chicken. Very rude counter staff, had rationed supply of tissue & ketchup, always very rude attitude, specially the supervisor or... manager. Have never seen any fast food store who always are reluctant in providing tissue and ketchup, unbelievable. I alsomentioned, if you hv problem, be polite and mention it, don't be arrogant. Read more
