This place doesn?t even deserve 1 star. Rude, slow and careless staff. One time I ordered a pizza and fries, and they forgot to... send the fries. I decided to give them one more chance, I wanted to order in person this time but they refuse to take my orderbecause they were busy!!! There were only two customer, me and someone else. Even if they had other orders they could take mineand inform me that waiting time would be longer. But they just refuse to talk to me. After a while that I was trying to orderonline, cashier called me to order, when I went there, he said oh still you can?t order!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So what was the pointof calling me??????? If you really crave pizza just go to pizza hut across the street.believe me, pizza hut has better qualityand service than here. I order half moon and I feel like I am just eating bread. It was so light cheese on it even no garlic flavour. I wait like 8... mins and if it?s fresh and hot than I will feel it but they gave me cold one. I complain them but they said it?s good nothingwrong with it. The way they treat the customers is very bad. Such a bad experirence i had . They did not respect us and did not wait for us to... complete the order. I never experienced this kind of behaivour in canada. Kindly change the staffs because Pizza Pizza has brandname. Read more
Poor customer service, guy with black earrings he is so rude, he don't know how to deal with customers,we complained about pizza... instead of apologizes or replaced pizza he just ignored us, we never gonna come back again. O stars if I could. Worst location. Horrible 'customer service'. Miserable staff. Disgusting hygiene, the one guy has this dirty... old same ratty mask hanging off his face. They never wash their hands or use soap..so gross. This location NEVER honors VALIDcoupons/store credits EVER. Never returning to this location. All other pizza places staff are friendly & clean.
