I have been buying my dinner in this location for last 28 months and now they changed this to new guy to take orders , he... doesn?t have the attitude to work and communicate to customers. I liked the lady and the other guy taking orders. The guyworking here is rude , it feels like he is working forcefully. The guy needs to learn to respect customers and learn explain thechanges in the policy or the orders. He is so rude that I am never coming back here again. Read more
Went to pick up the pizza I ordered online today and I did not like the service. I specifically ordered for my pizza to be well... done, so when I paid for my order, I checked the pizza and requested it to be put back in a little longer. My partner and Iwaited inside the store after I requested it. Nobody called us to tell us the pizza was ready. It was left sitting there by thecounter until I approached the cashier asking about my pizza. I checked the pizza again and it didn?t even look like it went inthe oven. I had requested the pizza to be put back in, and she comes back and tells me that it would be dry if they put it backin. I asked for extra sauce on the bottom, so I know the bottom of the pizza needs to be well done. And to be honest, because mypizza was just sitting there, when I got home, it wasn?t even hot and it was soggy. Yesterday I walk-in the store with my friend to order pizza. The Customer service was really good i meet with the guy RAF and... one girl in a cashier both knows how to deal with the customers and we had our food there only. Pizza was awesome we enjoyedeating it. So the one who are disappointed with other pizza pizza stores in Scarborough i will recommend you guys to gave them achance, they will not disappoint you. I ordered a pizza today from this location and the pizza was burnt all around the edges and the toppings tasted weird maybe... because of being overcooked. Overall very bad experience and a total waste of hard earned money. Read more
Staff is very careless. Doesn?t matter for them you are vegetarian or non -vegetarian. If you want to enjoy your pizza go... somewhere else but not this store. The lady I spoke to informed me that my total was $21 but she had charged me for $31. When i spoke to her she did not clarify... why she had charged this much and was unclear in her explanation.
