Just came to the location at woodbine mall, had the most bizarre and actually quite dangerous interaction with a brown Tamil... man. He stared at me extremly threateningly, I stared back lost in thought and did a turnabout (...welcome to Canada...?) Tograb some pizza. And as I simply followed him the remaining 20 feet or so he contined to stare and I was getting aggravated so Istared back. He opened the employee door of the Pizza Pizza and threateningly snapped in perfect english something like "whatdo you want" literally showing me with his eyes I needed to get out and making me feel unsafe. I was mad but very scared andsnapped back "to get some pizza". He suddenly went no english because a amazing Chinease woman behind me intervened. Made sure Iwas okay. I ended up leaving. Please make sure your customers feel safe in your establishment. If I have a similar interaction Iagain specifically with this man or another Tamil, I will need to go to the Police (2nd day this week had very aggressive anddangerous interactions with this community even though I am a Canadian Tamil myself) Read more
Phone order 15-20 minutes they told me. When we go there after 20 minutes they said own is broken you need to wait more 20... minutes. We call customer care that time they said there is heavy volume on store, all pizza pizza store and customer serviceboth lie. After 40 minute he ready my order but he mashup orders he charged me 46$ even he didn?t told us this is 46$. He gaveus another person order. We told him its his mistake. He shout on us and told us no i told you this is 46$. Everything isrecorded on cctv camera. I don?t know store owner give them proper training or not.
