VERY small panzerotti I've ever recieved... I did an email/satisfaction survey to complain and I have not received any... responses. Customer service/supervisor was not helpful and basically told me that because I didn't go back to the store as soonas I opened it (due to the fact that my entire family is sick and no one can leave the house) that no one could help me but giveme a $4 credit for a future purchase. I do not plan on returning after the customer service representative I spoke to was rudenot only to me, but to my wife who tried to speak with her as well. The location is convenient, and I've never really had manyissues in the past that never got dealt with, the fact that they don't care about customer satisfaction is unbelievable. I'm standing here trying to order a slice and they're literally ignoring me because they don't have that slice (cheese or... pepperoni) and don't want to make a pizza to sell me a slice. They tried upselling me for one of the already made slices, but Idon't want to pay extra. Cashier walled away, everyone in the back is confused and nobody is taking my order. Read more
Worst customer service ever and flies (extra protien) on pizza . The guys were not even ready to take order .
I went to this place last week or so around 11:30pm and ordered cheese slice combo with drink and dip, it was for a take out so... I drove home in 8 mins and started eating my slice and it was not good at all, it was just like eating toast. If the slice wasold then they could?ve asked me to wait for the new slice rather than giving me very old slice. Read more
The guy in the front was so unclean and rude. The guy was cleaning the floor mat and without washing hands he was serving pizza... which is so terrible and unclean. And secondly the guy was so rude and unprofessional, that he shouted at us just for changingthe chair from one table from another. even he shouted us and asked to put it back . So please try to avoid this place. Read more
There are signs on the window and menu indicates 7.99 for two 2 topping medium pizza. When I went in the guy said it's 9.49 and... that deal has expired. They should remove the signs because that's misleading! Sadly, they were unsanitary too. I watched themtouch the phones, money, doors and I did NOT see them wash hands at all. I go to this location at least once a week. The pizza is good, ALWAYS. But what really keeps me going back is the costumer... services that i get from the guys working there. I always get a "hello, what would you like today?" And a warm smile... Read more
Pizza was pretty decent. It tastes just like any other pizza pizza.
