On Saturday, I placed an order through a delivery food app for Pizza Nova. Boy do I regret that choice. First mistake, I ordered... a party size pizza; half cheese half pepperoni. What I received was a party size deluxe pizza. Wow. Next mistake was disgustingand embarrassing if I was the owner of this ? taste the difference ? company. I ordered Arrancini. What i received wasastonishing. Please see the attached. How could anyone in their right mind send these burnt l, inedible atrocities to a payingcustomer. I then contacted Pizza Nova to explain my displeasure in the very least and the representative was just as bad.Telling me basically its not their problem and if I?m looking for a refund I need to call the food delivery app. OMG!!! The worst experience and customer service. Kurt, wallid and Peter of the company do not care whether your product gets there on... time, warm but willing to charge you delivery for a wait of 50 mins. Been ordering Pizza Nova for decades. Always my 1st choice. Not anymore. Pizza was terrible. Cheap with the toppings. 1 side had... double cheese. They are not what they use to be. Might as well go 2 for 1. Get 2 cheap and poorly made pizzas instead of just1from pizza nova. So disappointing. It is a constant now. All good things come to an end. Read more

Pizza Nova used to be great, but their online ordering system is failing hard, it initially started with wrong items in an... order, and after that was rectified the online system inputs its own phone numbers and addresses into the system, i got someoneelses order with my name and address and a different phone number, when i called pizza nova they had no idea what was going on,the next time i ordered someone called to confirm my address and said that the system put an incorrect address and advised me toorder directly from them over the phone. Not sure if this is a budget issue or what, but they need to find a professional devteam to work on their systems and not some tech hobbyists, its like a bunch of high school kids designed their systems. I?m not sure if I?ll ever use skip the dishes or pizza Nova again! Not only does it cost a fortune for everything these days!... But at lease I would respect a call or a text or even a knock on my door. But no my pizza was left outside and it was cold! Andnobody couldn?t tell me what was going on?? We are vegetarians, so we made sure to leave pepperoni out of our order. But they went ahead and put the pepperoni anyways. When... my husband called to report the error, there was no apology whatsoever. They didn't tell us to keep the pizza with thepepperoni back, so we gave it to our neighbors. In turn the restaurant decided not to give us the correct pizza back and not toreturn our money. This is the worse possible costumer service ever. Garbage. Pita bread with no name sauce and 7 eleven toppings would be better. Gone downhill pizza.
