There is lots of parking, and the store is handicapped accessible. The restaurant was nice and clean. The washrooms are clean... as well. The staff were quick to take the order, and got our food ready nice and hot, and quick. For pizza in this area, thisis the best place. It is good pizza, in an era of cardboard pizza. This is not a restaurant you travel arross the city to try,but if your in need of a quick bite and your near by. Read more
This lady chills with her arms in the box and wants to put the pizza in there. I told her to use a different box and she shows... attitude and says stuff in Chinese. I got mine in a new box but she put that box back and its going to be used for anotherorder. Look at the picture. Read more
Paid online for contactless delivery, took over 1 hour to get to me, pizza was sad and cold, dips were missing, delivery driver... left the order at the wrong location. Customer service is useless and would only offer a credit for *most* not all of the costof the pizza. Had to chargeback on my Visa. Read more
They must have changed owners. I've always ordered and enjoyed my pizza at this location. In the past, the crust was always... thick and chewy, and the toppings juicy and generous. Today, my two pizzas were like half of what it used to be. The crust wasthin and dry. The toppings was skimpy. All in all, everything seemed to be halved. Probably to save money, or for better profit.I won't be buying my pizza at this location anymore. Read more
Came here at 11:30am and ordered 5 panzerottis. The guy who took my ordered checked with the back staff 3x for my order. At... 12:15, they finally put my food in the fryer. RIDICULOUS. I'm a patient person, but this too much. She had already made 2 ofthe 5. Two that I can see just sitting there. But the 3 weren't made until much later. I don't understand the logic. The frontstaff is really good. So no issues there at all. And I understand that they're busy. But I came here at 11:30 before thelunch rush. It's 12:17 I'm finally handed my food. Never again. Where to begin... We ordered around 515pm. Our ordered was a whole wheat thin pizza and we had ordered their chicken bites... with a medium sauce. We had requested no base and they had put tomato sauce and the bites came with NO sauce and they wereextremely dry... they were basically equivalent to putting rocks in your mouth. We had called their customer service and EVENSENT PICTURES and they said we were wrong. Please if you want to order pizza avoid PIZZA NOVA... they say they offer PREMIUMTOPPINGS BUT IT'S POORLY MADE ORDERS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES is lower than the bottom of an empty barrel. As the most delicious and popular food pizza is there anywhere I travel and as everyone else I have tried many pizza brands in... different countries and places. Nova pizza is one of the top pizzas which I have eaten, although this was my first and the onlytime (but not the last) to eat Nova pizza together with my family. This place is amazing and truly has given it?s best toprovide the best pizza and exceptionally outstanding service to the customers which we often forget to appreciate the peoplebehind the scenes.
