Love the Meaty Marinara Pasta that comes with garlic bread sticks, and the personal pans are so good. ????????????????
They made my daughter personal size pizza the way she like it. The girl was so good taking my daughter order.
hands down the most DESPICABLE customer service i've received in my whole life, and i wish that was an exaggeration. Ordered and... prepaid online for delivery. Delivery driver never came to my door (i was at my front door the entire time). Called the store 7times to check the status of my order because it said it was delivered but wasn't and no one picked up. 40 mins later, i went tothe store and the so called "manager" Mithu, thought i lied about calling 7 times. Said the driver already delivered and spoketo a lady at the front door and I proclaimed that wasn't me, because why else would I be in store? I wanted a refund, or atleast to have my food remade, and kept insisting the reason I was there in the first place because I paid online and got nothingdelivered. Manager was extremely rude, hostile and dismissive about my concerns and said I should take it up with customerservice. Genuinely did not CARE at all and I don't know how he made it a managerial position, or even working in customerservice. I tried speaking to the driver when he finally came to the store and the driver said he dropped it off at a locationthat literally didn't sound like my front door, so that was proof he must have delivered it to the wrong house. Manager abruptlytells driver not to speak to me, and then called me a CHEATER???? Buy your food somewhere else. I hope this man gets fired, andthis location shut down. I've never been so upset, overwhelmed and disappointed ordering from anywhere. Read more
Pretty okay customer service at best. The pizzas tastes okay as well. Pizza hut overall quality are on a decline, pizza sauce,... cheese and toppings needs a huge overhaul, but the pizza dough is still good! Would I come back here again? Sure! I walk in an ordered wings with extra sauce but they didn?t give me extra sauce but i ignored considering it as an honest... mistake but today i ordered from skip and wings barely have any sauce they were dry. I dont know what are going to save byserving less sauce. Read more
Nice small place - you can order in store or from home. Sitting is closed and only 2 people are allowed. I like the pizza from... pizza hut and at this tore they make it very well. Sure they have to take care of cleanliness but not bad at all. No foul smellor such , so if you decide to eat in whenever its open yo can sure choose that option. Called to Order pizza from the location Ellesmere and Birchmount. I looked up and there was a special. When I went to order it I... was told no specials only certain stores. It did not say that on there. He was apparently the manager. Very rude. Never orderfrom this location again. We always order here. Read more
