The gentleman at the front checking us out was absolutely no help. He saw we were struggling to figure out what to order - we... asked him repeatedly what the deals were going on - he kept pointing to the window decals. I came here on last sunday from all the way of east york ( drove 45 km in 2 ways ) for medium pizza fido deal. When I reached... there lady told me that it?s not working now Come on , fido coupons worked to me everywhere before, I never had any issue, andif it doesn?t work then remove your promotion from fido Lady was trying to convinced me to buy same deal pizza by paying $6more, that doesn?t make any sense at all. I think this is kinda their strategy to allure people by giving deal and once theycome then convince them for same deal by paying some little extra $$$$ I will never come to this store again for sure Read more
Definitely disappointed seeing how the owner was there. I was greeted and helped right away but the fact that the owner sits in... the front and just walks away or looks away without greeting the guests is a little sad. I get that you paying people to beprompt but this is a poor reflection on you buddy. The pizza of the day was over done and Definitely light on the toppings atthis locations. A poor representation of pizza hut. Where's the rest if the cheese? On another order? I feel bad for theemployees having to skim on the topping cause the owner would press them for it. Absolutely AVOID this location! I ordered barbecue chicken pizza yesterday and I was incredibly disappointed. Flooded with sauce... and thick crust, which is not what I ordered. Toppings were literally slipping off of the pizza, and then those huge chunks ofchicken pieces! This is absolutely NOT worth the money. UNEATABLE! Read more
