Reviews for Pho Quinn Scarborough in Scarborough, ON
The beef noodles are a must get (5/5 for taste and price)! Especially the chef's special, it can never go wrong. Complementary... bean sprouts, lime and mint comes on the side. The other dishes are pretty average, wouldn't really recommend (3/5 forthose). If you ever visit this mall, why eat fast food at the food court when for the same price you can get an amazing bowl ofnoodles. Read more
Was very disappointed coming here, ordered the chefs special beef noodle soup (B01) and rice with four flavours (E03). The rice... was had too much water when cooked which made it really mushy and unpleasant to eat. The sides were ok but nothing special, thepork for the rice dish was probably the smallest piece I have even seen at any restaurant. Placed an order for an iced coffeebut they never brought it out and we didn?t bother to remind them because no one came to our table to check up?Overall, not agood experience. Read more
This restaurant is a top contender to my top 3 favourite Pho place. First time trying Pho Quinn since I had a Pho craving and... wanted something new. This is located inside the Bridlewood Mall. It has an external and internal entrance, which isconvenient. To start, the vibe is great. They played a calming instrumental music in the background. What I like is that theyhave a lot of booth seating which makes it more comfortable. For the food, we had Cha Gio/Spring Rolls, Pho Dac Biet and BunRieu. The spring rolls was very crispy and size big compared to other places. The Pho Dac Biet had 2 sizes, small and large. Gotthe large and I was not disappointed. They are extremely generous sincr there's a lot of vermicelli and meat. Other places gives2 meatballs, this one is like a ball pit (not really, there was about 5 or so). The Bun Rieu was not too authentic taste(according to my Vietnamese company) but there's lots of toppings. Moving on to the service, we came on a Tuesday night and itwas about 40% busy. The food came relatively quick. Overall, will come back here and get a smaller size bowl and try theirother dishes. Stay tuned for an update! Read more
I got to try this place after winning a giveaway on Instagram! We got a free meal for 2, which was worth $25. We ended up... ordering more food and paid the difference. The staff were very friendly throughout the whole experience. The place isconnected to Bridlewood Mall, so we were able to check out the stores there before we got hungry. I really loved that theutensils came in a hot cup of water so that everything was clean and sanitized. I felt safe dining in here. We ordered: FreshRolls - Shrimp & Pork (2 rolls for $6.50) [shrimp, pork, vegetables & vermicelli rolled in rice paper wrap] The only complaint Ihad about this roll was that the rice paper was a little dry/hard. I believe these rolls must have been premade. The dippingsauce helped soften it up. Curry Beef with Vermicelli ($13.00) The spiciness and flavour of the curry was great. This dish alsocomes with potatoes. It was pretty hilarious when we thought we got a huge piece of beef and it was actually a huge potato whenwe bit into it. Grilled Pork, Spring Rolls & Minced Shrimps on Sugar Cane with Vermicelli ($13.50) I wish there were morepieces of grilled pork in this dish. The ratio of noodles to pork was a little off. However, I had so much leftover noodles thatI was able to pack it home. The staff were really kind and even gave me a new fish sauce to bring home for the takeout. Myfavourite part of this dish was the minced shrimp on sugar cane. Jackfruit Milkshake ($5.50) I always get an avocado milkshakebut I decided to mix it up and get a jackfruit milkshake instead. It was delicious and arguably one of the best parts of mymeal. It was very refreshing and not too sweet. They also sell their own hot sauce at the front counter! I was sad that Iforgot to try it during my visit here. I only noticed it at the end when I went up to pay. Read more
Place is clean and the put the utensils in a cup of hot water. The food is average i order the small beef noodle with tripe and... brisket i wish they could maybe add a few more pieces for the price i paid. The spring rolls were good and hot. I ordered thepork chop and steam egg on rice; I didn't look if there was a double pork chop but all in all an average place for pho. Read more

The pho broth is flavourful and not greasy; the type that you can have a lot of and keeping drinking after the noodles are gone.... I?d recommend they cook their noodles a little less since they will continue expanding in the soup, but I?m also a lover ofpasta al dante so may not be the typical palette. There was a decent portion of protein in their raw beef, brisket, and tendonpho ($10 for a small) with massive chunks of tendon that were chewy and tender. Being my first experience with the bún riêuvermicelli soup ($11.50), I?m torn on whether it?s something I?d order again. Maybe if I?m in the mood for a richer bowl ofnoodles, given its broth is saltier with the shrimp paste flavours shining through. The tofu puffs are a great edition as ithelps soak in the soup and their chewiness goes nicely with the tender Vietnamese meatballs - finely minced pork paste that issqueezed into clumps, which break apart easily with each bite. Aside from that, there?s one shrimp (for the entire bowl ofnoodles) and pieces of tomato that must have been added raw as it cools down the soup. Aside from the not-hot-enoughtemperature, I would have liked the soup to be spicy as well; luckily, there?s chili sauce at the table. Lastly, the bún riêuarrives with lai fun noodles, which are silkier than the pho?s rice noodles and goes nicely with the stronger both. We skippedthe spring rolls and tried the deep-fried shrimp bean curd ($7.50) instead. Sandwiched between the flaky bean curd sheets isshrimp paste that adds a chewy meatiness against the light crispy layers. Read more
I've eaten here before and the pho was tasty and a good portion but today I ordered vermicelli with grilled pork and spring roll... and it was quite disappointing. There was a decent amount of protein but half the bowl was Bean Sprouts!! There was barely anynoodles! I told the waitress and she said there was a new cook in the kitchen. Also, noticed it was a female owner not the usualmale owner I've seen before. A previous review said something about her being cheap. It shows. Vermicelli noodles really aren'tthat expensive. I hope they don't do this to other customers who order vermicelli ... The waitress was nice though. I also gotReally BAD food poisoning later on in the evening. Read more
