Used to be really good, still not bad but they have changed their recipes. The dough used to consist of a light flaky dough, now... it is the opposite, more thick and doughy. The filling has also changed in taste, for example spicy does not feel spicy anymore,spices used are different as well. I don?t know why people get their patty in a coco bun. Unless you have a very physically demanding day ahead of you, this is... just way too much carbs. It?s almost like having garlic bread with pasta. But at least with that combination there?s some sauceinvolved. This is just bread on bread action. Maybe if they threw in some coleslaw and/or maybe some oxtail gravy, actually,that would be so tight. If they actually start serving it like that it?s mf?in over. They?re gonna have a 24 hour lineup. youguys owe me for this stupendous idea. I've driven past here for years and I finally tried it today. It didn't disappoint. Patty was solid. The jerk chicken sandwich... was absolutely delicious. Very tender and the lettuce and tomato was a great addition to the sandwich. Read more

Oh my....this place is AMAZING! There was line up out the door but it was worth the wait and the line goes fast. They are a... very organized business. The Patty's are so tasty and everything is spot on. I got a Coco Bread with a Beef Patty inside and ohgosh....it was so YUMMY...the Coco Bread was soft and so tasty! I was honestly really surprised at how good the food was here. They only do lunch until around 4. The patties aren't very good.... The curry goat was super tender and flavourful, aswell as the rice and peas. I got the small goat, the serving was very goodfor $9 tax included. Would definitely recommend trying it, know people who have been going there for years and keep going back. Read more
I'm lazy today, even though it was a short work week I will pick up delicious takeout again at this local Scarborough jerk hot... spot! Remember to bring cash... It can get very busy at Patty King but it's worth the wait for jerk pork or chicken, currygoat, ox tail, rice & peas, and crispy oven fresh patties. You can enjoy the patties at home by purchasing frozen bulk; 1, 6 or12 pack. I bought 6 hot beef patties. Friendly service and excellent food. Limited seating is available to dine in; most buyand run. Some parking found at the front but more spaces are at the back of this Progress Ave building. Read more
