OneZo used to be so good, and in my mind they had the best tapioca, BUT not anymore! Ordered one taro milk drink last night, the... taro was so sweet and the milk is not fresh, and the tapioca was not chewy at all and it was hard in the heart. Plus, there wasa hair in the drink! The quality control is so bad. Plus, the guy made me wrong drink at first, instead of using milk he usedmilk tea. After I pointed it out, he had no apologies, and he just turned around and made another one with milk. After gettingthe right taro drink, I left the wrong milk tea that I haven?t opened yet at the counter. But he insisted me to bring it. Likethat?s not what I want, why would you ask me to take it???
