Went to this place on Monday and it was closed. Went there 9:00 p.m. on Friday and it was closed. I did check on Google for... their hours and it said they were open until 10:00 p.m. on both days. I'm the one that reported their hours being different andthat's why it's correct now at 8:00 p.m. and closed Mondays. Why am I managing their business for them? This place been around for almost 40 years, started to go there since late 90s. Managed by owner, very traditional Hong Kong... style chinese food. Still have very competitve price, dinner special is around $12. Soup or drink extra. Make sure you bringcash, they only accept the king and debit (fee on you). Great local Noodle spot, been around for years now and hasn?t really changed still producing the great classics. Fresh, clean... and delicious is a recipe for success. 2555 Victoria Park Ave, Scarborough, ON M1T 1A3 Date Visited : Friday April 27th 2018 Wife and I happen to be craving noodles... after work. I remember coming to this resto years ago. I was hoping that the quality of the food hasn't changed. Glad I wasright, food is still good. Portion size seems to have improved over the years in my absence. We ordered the Pad Thai noodlesand the Seafood Egg Meon Shrimp. Service : relatively friendly staff. Seems that this is the first chinese resto and a noodleoriented place at that we have dined at, and I didn't see any chopsticks. Food : 4/5 Pad thai, I'm not an expert on Pad thai,but we found the dish to be enjoyable. Tho the fresh ground peanuts were a tad on the salty side, nice chewy noodles and thedish was served hot. As for the Egg Meon Shrimp, the dish wasn't as hot (maybe it was cooked first) the tastes of seafood werereally really subtle in this dish. The only items providing flavor for me, was the fish cake and the shrimps. Way too muchsauce and since it was using ho fun noodles (flat rice noodles), they don't exactly soak up sauce very well. Beverages : Watersituation : looks like they only offer tap water, bottled Dasani water is $1.54 a bottle. Bottled drinks are $2 bux each + tax. Soft drinks in can are $1.37. If your on a budget, I'd recommend bringing your own drinks, or stop at the Subway Sandwiches 2doors to the left and refill a reusable bottle with cold water, I bought 3 cookies and refilled our 2 bottles with cold icewater Method of payment : Cash & Debit, not sure on credit cards Repeat visit : yes, there are few more dishes we areinterested to taste.
