Come here often. Usually pretty consistent but today got day old (at minimum). Was not fresh at all, and it?s 11am. Hopefully... the see this and note this as if I?ll prob stop coming if this keeps happening. Read more

So today I ordered 2 subs from here from Uber eats. The Uber driver came and only delivered one part of my order so it was... incomplete and I told him that it wasn?t my full order and he said he would go back and get the other sub. He never came backand I was charged.. I was furious. So I called this location and this woman named Julia picked up and I told her what happenedthinking that it was mr subs fault but I was wrong. She told me the driver didn?t speak English and refused to take my otherhalf of the order cause he was afraid to get it wrong and left immediately. She was just as upset and confused and she actuallycontacted Uber support to help me get a refund. She was amazing, she told me everything that happened and she was shocked too.He never went back to mr sub to get my other order. She even offered a free cookie! ?? If you ever go to this mr sub and youhave Julia to serve you.. you are very lucky! She was the sweetest and very understanding. I got my refund too! Read more
