Placed my order for curbside pickup, waited outside15 minutes for a coffee and bagel. Went in to follow up my order and none of... the staffs were available. 5 minutes later, finally got a hold of someone and they told me it was coming. Waited and I had toget the staff again to follow up and then she made my coffee. If there's a shortage of staff, maybe close off the curbsideoption and uber as well. Compared to other McDonald's. They cannot refill the soft drink. Always out of stock some items in self-service counter, I have... to ask for straw or lid. The ice cream cone is slim fit. The Worst customer service I have experienced ever and the worst McDonald's food I have bought ever! First of all, I ordered... food on app and pick up via drive thru. I came here in off-peak hour at around 10pm, I ordered my food ( 1 large fries, 1 icecream corn, and 10 pieces chicken nugget) ahead of time, and they sent me to the second window to pick up my food. when my cararrive, nobody showed up until I waited for more than 2 minutes, after that, a lady opened the window and ask me if I have orderalready, I said yes, and she closed the window without any response. I have kept waiting for another 2 or 3 minutes until ireceived my food. After that, I ate my food in the parking, I found that the large fries were looks like left over. only threepieces of them are normal size, the rest of the whole box were only 1-2 cm long. The food quality control was so bad! Ibrought the fries back to the store, and spoke to the manager, I said :" I cannot accept that you servered me with the type offood like left over, I believe you need to pay attention to the food quality control. " The manager took the fries that I showedhim from my hand WITHOUT SAYING ANY WORDS !!! He didnt tell me what he will do for me and I didnt receive any apology. I keptwaiting for some minutes, then a staff gave me a bag of fries, saying that " Here is your FREE fries! " HAHA, Free fries! The service here is utterly ridiculous. I ordered lunch for takeout around 11:30 a.m. when there weren't many customers in the... restaurant. However, when I went to the cashier to order my meal, the workers there ignored me for at least 10 to 15 minutes,continued to take orders coming from the drive through, and completely ignored the customers inside the restaurant. I am veryfrustrated with the workers' time management, and when I was waiting at the front counter, I saw a worker drop an empty McFlurrycup on the floor where the top of the cup touched the ground, and the worker reused it for the next customer that ordered aMcFlurry. What this worker has done is unacceptable, and the worker should have thrown the cup away instead of reusing it tomake the next McFlurry because, that is how bacteria and germs are spread. After I finished ordering, I had to wait for another30 minutes just to receive my lunch meal, when it should have taken me less than 10 minutes. I saw the other customers around mewaiting there were very annoyed and irritated by the extremely slow service, some where yelling out orders in hopes that theservice would move quicker. When I received my meal, the workers didn't give me ketchup, forgot to put a double pickle in myburger, and the fries where over salted. When I left, it was around 12:15, meaning I spent 45 minutes of my life in thisdreadful place. However, I appreciate this one person going around and keeping the lounge clean.
