The service is great. However, I had an encounter with a homeless man, which left me a bit shaken.
The last 3 orders we have received we had missing item. Tonight was 3 apple pies missing. The last order missing 6 nuggets and... the order before that missing 2 apple pies again. Tried calling and no answer. Very maddening. Read more

Though it was busy with dine-in and take outs, the service was quite effective. The staff were friendly. Customer service is... good. As soon as the customer leaves the table, the staff clean the table to maintain hygiene practices. Thank you) Read more

Dried feces on the bathroom wall, staff running around like headless chickens, long line waits and old cold fries sum up my 1st... experience here. From out of town and won't be visiting this location again. 2 stars instead of 0 because the staff werefriendly and the junior chicken I ordered was edible. However, my stomach is churning with every bite. One order of diarrheaplease???????? Went ahead and filed an official complaint with head office. Hopefully, that location will clean up their act.No pun intended. The staff are not to blame, it's management. Remember, without the customers, u don't have a business or ajob.???? Read more
This McDonald's has been a staple of Malvern Town Centre. Very few stores have stood the test of time to be here since Malvern... opened. They've been doing very well as they have been through at least 3 renovations. They continue to improve service withbetter working staff and automated machines. Their food prep seems to be just as good as any stand alone, modernized McDonald'sout there. Read more
It?s useless when they put their business number, and I called so many times and nobody pick up the phone! I?m calling just to... tell that 1 item from my order is missing, and I just find out when I got home. I cannot go back right away coz I don?t feel okto drive. I feel so upset. Bad service. Read more
