They consistently run out of ingredients and this morning I received stall food for my breakfast order after they made me wait... for my food to be prepared. try another location or business. Not worth it. Very disappointing. Read more

They completely forgot my order after they directed to wait in the parking area. They got an extra star because I got the food... for free after waiting for almost 40 minutes. Caveat emptor YMMV Read more

May be they were having a bad day. I can't say the place is good or bad with just a one visit but following is what I... observed. People: There were several employees behind the cash but some running around confused and some busy justchit-chatting. Don't get me wrong, they were all super friendly. They just haven't had a proper training or there was no welltrained manager. Place: With all these employees, no one was responsible enough to come clean tables. 90% of Tables had crumbson them. Place looked dark and deserted. A few drive through were there though. Food: I thought of getting a fish sandwichcombo. However, the combo was 10+ something where the sandwich was for 5 bucks and the rest was for reg fries and a pop. Huh!Made no sense to me so I bought two fish burgers paying less than a combo. To my surprise, the fish patty was very dry and thetartar sauce was covering a quarter of the patty. I never had this bad sandwiches. I pretty much paid for the cardboardbox. Conclusion: Personally I won't be going McDonald's, specifically this location. It doesn't mean you stop going. You candefine your own experience. I'm not here to dilute your decisions. Cheers ???? I have been to this location dozens of times, so this review is not based on one bad day. I find this location of McDonald's... quite frustrating and getting progressively worse. A lot of reviews complain about the drive-through service, and it isdefinitely inconsistent. Sometimes it's fast, sometimes it takes forever, and sometimes I end up having to park and wait for myfood to be delivered to my car. A few times, I have had to wait, and still managed to get cold fries. I'm sure they were delayeddue to preparing other parts of my order, but this is just poor planning. When I see a long line, I'll go inside to avoid someof these hassles, and that hasn't helped either. As frequent customers are aware, the McDonald's app is hit or miss. The kiosksat this location are also hit or miss, and there is no designated employee at the cash. This is acceptable when I see 3 peoplein the store, but I have been in there once with 11 people working and still nobody at the register, so going inside saves yousome fuel, but not necessarily time. Recently, things have changed for the worse. My last 4 visits have all resulted in metaking home unsalted fries - they used to be either unsalted or over-salted in the past, neither is ideal, now they're justunsalted which I guess is less worse...if you're given ketchup; but even more frustrating is that they have startedshort-filling the fries, especially the medium fries. My large fry orders have been short-filled as well, but not asdramatically. It has been a very long time since I got what I paid for. The silly thing is I don't think it's greedy ownersshortchanging customers, the Tapscott and Progress locations are significantly better and operated by the same people. Thereason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the prices at this location are slightly better on specific items than theWoodside and Walmart locations (for now), and the location is extremely convenient with ample parking and very good traffic flowin all Read more
