Awful customer service. Completely Disorganized. Especially the woman with a tattoo on her arm, I've never seen such rude... behavior. when I asked for a ketchup that was missing, she just threw them at me. This is my fifth visit to the Bridlewood location and the fifth time I heard the same mantra when I order latte ? Our machine... is not working ? For goodness sake get rid of the damn latte from your menu or fix that darnmachine . Alternatively change themanagement . That should do it . New brooms sweep clean!!! Read more
This McDonald's is usually busy with limited seating. On several occasions, I've waited behind very slow customers that don't... speak English and despite confirming orders with customers before putting orders through, the customers will blame staff forgetting the order "wrong" afterwards. I always feel bad for staff having to "fix" or refund orders due to customers beingwrong. There are a lot of seniors that hang out in Bridlewood Mall and it can be hard to find seating because they loveordering one coffee and chatting for a long time. Really annoying if you're on a lunch break and just want to find a spot tosit Food usually takes at least 5 mins to come out but the staff are usually professional and they do the best that they can inan unpleasant situation (I would hate to work at this location because of all the rude and entitled customers that yell at theworkers and they seem perpetually understaffed) McDonald's is one of a handful of food franchises in the mall and after eatingat the others and/or observing the hygiene practices of other food places in the mall (or lack thereof), I'd say that this isprobably the best food option at Bridlewood Read more
asked for a 6 piece nugget happy meal, wasn?t informed that there isn?t a 6 piece nugget happy meal; was automatically charged... for a 6 piece meal (it is meant for a child) had to buy a separate toy on the side, once i get home i checked & it is the spicynuggets..... i had told the lady it was for a child & my child cannot even eat it now i wasted my time & money & they won?t evenanswer the phone when i called to complain, i?ve called 5 times & no answer!!! honestly the worst experience i?ve had! I ordered one xl coffee with two cream and one medium Orange pekoe tea by mobile order. The server didn?t let me wait inside and... communicate with staffs, later she gave me a bag with my coffee and tea. I couldn?t see my drinks until I got home. Then I findout the coffee become orange pekoe tea with two bags not coffee at all, while the tea is right. So frustrated with today?sshopping experience and they are not forced on their job even only two people are ordering there, not busy at all. Great small place. seating for 42 persons. 20 min seating limit. Coffee is terrible. Too much diluted. Wifi did not connect.... But Mall WiFi is available. Read more
