We ordered from Mayette’s earlier this year for my boyfriend’s birthday and again for the holidays. The food is so delicious... and the portions are large. I almost ordered from another place but was lucky I found Mayettes just in time! Their online reviews were stellar, and the food... certainly did not disappoint! All of our guests from last Sunday's party were raving about the taste and quality of the dishes.If you are looking for great Filipino food, Mayettes is top notch. We came to tour Toronto and searched for some filipino food since we were tourist. Found this beautiful gem not far from the... city. Unfortunately we arrived past thier closing time , yet ms.mayatte invited us to come and sit down for some dinner , sheofferd us what was available at that time and its was delicious. All the reviews on Google was spot on. We had a memorableevent spending time at Mayettes. Very caring and wonderful owner and hopefully now friend. We called the owner a day before and were told they don’t have any dine in. And we usually need to book a take out at least a... day before so they have time to prepare. But they still prepare the food for us: chicken adobo and fried pork hocks . 38 $ intotal and definitely enough for 2 ppl. Really kind and friendly service, the adobo is amazing, and pork hocks skin is soflavorful. These is a park near where you can enjoy the food as part of the picnic. Read more
