First time trying this place. It’s an all you can eat hotpot experience. There’s premium items for an extra cost. There’s... a robot that food to your table. There’s a fruit station where the sauce station is located. We got a 12% percent offdiscount for not having any wasted food. There was free parking in the plaza. Read more

I have been here for many times. The food quality, taste and service are all perfect! But just be careful, if you want to try... the Liu's House Speical Soup Base, it will be extremely spicy even though you ordered the mild one. You'd better try thosenon-spicy soup base. If you really want to try the spicy one, remember to let the server know you want the spicy level to behalf of the mild one. Read more

All-you-can-eat-oranges. That's an extra star right there because, come on, how many places can you actually get all-you-can-eat... oranges. Mandarin buffet? Extra star just for that. I paid $52 after tax+tip which is a bit on the pricey side I think, unlesslunch and dinner are separate but most places don't do that anymore. Maybe it's to cover the fresh fruit though. We asked formeat, and we got lots of meat. No questions asked, just big plates served up. Second round of meat? No problem, same bigportions. It got to the point where I was somewhat concerned I might not have enough room for oranges. They also offer frieddough which was quite cool. I think the menu has a bit more variety than other hotpot places I've been to. They also havepremium options which costs extra but I assume should be good. Read more

Pros: 1. Service - always quick to refill soup bases, very attentive, friendly and professional, never rush you to leave... (time-limit is rarely enforced which is very nice) 2. Shrimp and Squid Paste - fresh, good texture 3. Mushroom base - earthy, decent amount of mushrooms, sweet and light 4. Beef Oil base - numbing, spicy, authentic 5. Sauce Station - Great variety *notthat nut allergy friendly, but understandable* Cons: 1. Beefballs or any kind of ball - freezer burnt taste, weird texture 2.Pork Bone Soup Base - underwhelming, couldn't soak in much flavour 3. Silken Chicken Soup Base - had bad aftertaste since theythrow in the unwanted parts 4. The good stuff like marbled beef come in much smaller portions Read more

One of my favourite places to go for hot pot. The menu has a good amount of options to choose from. The staff is friendly and... the service is great. With your first round a robot Butler brings your order. There's a bar to make your dipping sauce. Thebuffet has fruit, peanuts and other sides. The menu has a good variety to order from. Everything is delicious, you can see andtaste that it's fresh. The washroom also has section to freshen up. There are little spray bottles of deodorizer, mouth wash, and lotion. If you're with kids, they have kids cutlery and they receive a yogurt. I wish I took better photos but we alwaysenjoy our time and focus more on eating ???? Read more

Ordered takeout of a hot pot combo for 2. Staff are friendly and helpful. The next day the order was ready when I picked up. No... need to wait. I had compared a few hot pot places nearby before I made the decision. Liuyishou has the best price with the mostcomprehensive selection of items included. We only need to add a few extra from our fridge then it's perfect. The packing isgood and secured. The big paper bag is a plus. They are easy to carry, especially when I had to take it home by myself. Theportion is good. Just about right for 2 people. Takeout hot pot combo is a good way to enjoy hot pot safely during pandemic.Especially when you have elderly at home, or you're too busy to prepare all the ingredients yourself. I highly recommend it. Read more

First time coming here and i must say I'm blown away. Service is excellent and very attentive. Ambiance is Clean and well... spaced. Food is exceptional, great quality of meats and choices on the menu. The pork broth base was the best when cooking youringredients. I had their Liuyishou spicy broth which was delicious, but would recommend minimal spice. Read more

One of the places to be if you're craving hotpot or when winter comes. Came here for dinner after not having hotpot in a long... time. Last time I was here was pre pandemic. They renovated this location and the restaurant is more spacious than what Iremember. When you come in, there are seats on the left and another section on the right divided by a wall. For the soup base, they have plenty to choose from but ended up choosing a split pot. One is their Tomato Soup Base, the other is their Wild MixedMushroom Soup Base. The Tomato Soup Base is flavorful. There are a lot of ingredients that brings out the flavour. I canessentially say the same about the Wild Mixed Mushroom Soup Base. There are a lot of mushrooms that helps enhance theflavour. The service is pretty quick. We ordered our meats and ingredients and they arrived pretty quickly. Which is a goodthing if you are hungry. I also liked how their plate mat has instructions on how long to cook some of the items. Overall, thisis one of my go-to places for hotpot. Now that winter is coming, this could be your go-to places for hot pot as well. Read more
