Tried to order online and kept getting an error. Called in to the store and ordered ten pizzas today for a kids bday party. ... Arrived 30 minutes after they were supposed to be ready (ordered them about 3 hours earlier) and they hadn?t even started makingthem yet. An order went thru Skip the Dishes incorrectly to this location which was clearly a mistake. The pizza was not included on the... order and neither this location or Skip the Dishes thought to call to confirm that the order received was for 1 bottle of wateronly and no food? The restaurant blamed Skip the Dishes who in turn blamed the restaurant. So 1 bottle of water was deliveredto us at a hefty cost of $12. Anyone with common sense would have realized that the online order went through incorrectly andshould have called to verify. Since we did not receive the pizza we thought was ordered and still wanted one we asked Skip theDishes to at least waive their $4 fee on the next delivery for a pizza. They declined. We ended up ordering a pizza from PizzaNova instead. Very disappointed with both services. Read more
Good customer service, pizza was ready within minutes, they do need to improve the dough as its a bit too thick/heavy and the... cheese and topping dont properly stay on the dough, also the sauce could be improved. better than frozen pizza though and if youonly have $8 to spend its worth the price, but if above improvements are made id rate this 4 Read more
