I stood there with my family for 5 minutes waiting for the lady behind the counter to take our order. No other customers were... there. She looked at us and just continued to stuff chocolates in a box. No really sure how obvious I can be as we were standingin front of the ice cream staring at her. We waited a few more minutes after that and just left. Maybe I should of called herover but why should I have to, clearly she didn't want to help anyone today. Read more
The customer service here is awful. I've been here twice in the past month and both experiences sucked. The first tike the... cashier was extremely unfriendly and made me feel like I was bothering her. The second time, a different cashier spoke to mevery condescendingly, and couldn't seem to make up her mind about how much money i should give her. I gave her a 20 for a 14 andchange purchase, and she asked me if 8 had ten more cents. I gave her the ten cents, then she changed her mind and asked if ihad 25 more cents. I gave it to her. Then she looked at me confused and said I only gave her 35 cents. I told her no, I gave hera 20 bill. The whole interaction was very confusing. No apology either. She either doesn't know how to communicate, or doesn'tknow how to do math. Either way, I won't be coming back. Read more

I'm very disappointed with the customer service. They over charged and under scooped. Every week I go here with my family and... have never paid over $10 for 2 cups. It seems they have given kid scoops and charged me for the regular scoop.. We won't becoming back. Read more
