Ordered a large bucket of popcorn chicken with 3 southern plum sauces and a large macaroni salad through Uber Eats. The food... arrived hot and fresh, and everything tasted good. This is one of the few KFC locations that still sell large popcorn chicken onUber Eats and I really appreciate that because most of the other KFC locations on Uber Eats only sell small popcorn chicken. Went there with my older brother who has autism and we ordered him 6 chicken tenders. They said it would be about 10 minutes... which is already hard to explain to him why we all have our food and he doesn?t but anyway we figured that?s just realitysometimes. After 10 minutes I asked and she said 6 more minutes, and then after 6 minutes I asked and she said I don?t know. Shewas trying to ignore me asking her again and went to take the next customers order so I said it again and she got super rudeand brushed me off said something to the girl in the back and kept ignoring me. Then the girl in the back started talking andsaid 4 minutes. I was trying to be polite but getting aggravated and explaining to them that my brother doesn?t understand andhe?s been waiting for almost 25 minutes now. They weren?t listening to me so my dad went up and she said quote on quote ?I don?tknow it?s not my problem?. We are not complaining people I?ve never even written a Google review before but they were justbeyond rude and inconsiderate. I worked at McDonald?s for 3 years which gets extremely hectic and I had my moments withcustomers but I would never ever be that blatantly rude and inconsiderate especially when there is someone with a disabilityinvolved. Cashiers scam customers by adding small purchases to your bill. When I asked for my receipt the girl who works there literally... started acting like she does not know where it is. I have not been to KFC in a while. This was definitely not the KFC of my childhood. I ordered 6 pieces of chicken and after... removing the skin and batter there wasn't even enough chicken to feed my kids. So you will be paying for batter. So I definitelywon't be going to KFC again. Read more
First they forgot my gravy which i have to drive back halfway home then I asked for all dark meat, they gave me chicken breast.... Honestly, it?s not hard to follow the list of order, a grade school kid can do it. Read more
You could smell the burnt bread as soon as you unwrapped it. The salad wasn't dated, for all I know it was from 2000 years ago.... This place also has terrible gravy. Read more
My first summer job was at KFC and I still love this chicken to this day. This KFC outlet is found in the Eglinton Square Food... Court. Service is quick and courteous for small straightforward orders but there might be a slight wait for largerrequests. The female employee behind the counter saw me in line waiting to order taking photos of the menu board and promptlybelted out ?no taking pictures!? Now, I didn?t let that bother me and leave. I didn?t reply and kept doing it while she wasfilling other customer food orders. MINUS 1 STAR FOR THAT and MINUS 1 STAR FOR NO SALES RECEIPT! (probably because I paid cashas other reviewers have commented on other review sites. My food choice was the Tuesday Special for $3.49 consisting of 2pieces of dark chicken and a side of individual fries. A few years ago, KFC marketing staff invented Toonie Tuesday and itremains to this day albeit the price has risen. Still, it?s a great deal under $4.00 which means you don?t pay PST on yourpurchase. My bill was $3.65 because I brought my own drink from home. Back to my dinner...the meal contained 2 pieces of thighwhich I love (BONUS! Usually you?ll get 1 thigh and 1 leg). KFC only in name. Does not maintain KFC taste, freshness and quality standards. This place produces very low quality food most... of the time. I have literally never seen a KFC branch this bad in my life. No quality control, no auditing, nobody cares whatthe customers get. Supremely third-world level service. Read more
