Tuesday Special August 9 2022. Meal came in smaller boxes with even smaller chicken portions inside. The only BIG thing was the... PRICE for the "value" meal. Additionally no hot sauce packets to go and no spicy version available. Was the changes to a smallerbox meant to lull the senses because it ain't fooling the stomach. Read more

Went to buy a single Chicken Sandwich. Front cash register (name: Mimbi appears on the receipt - I assume that's her name!) was... very nice by asking me if I want regular or spicy flavor, and if need any more add on or drink. Delicious taste on sandwich. Igave only 4-star because I haven't had a chance to check the cleanliness of the washroom. 4 full star is not only for the nice &clean atmosphere but a nice service. p.s. I arrived there around 430pm during weeknight and I was the only customer by then;surely it might packed during rush hour and weekends / holidays. Plus, it's a tiny plaza with limited parking area shared withTim Hortons', KFC, Pizza Hut and M&M. So, drive slow and be safe. (As mentioned above, it's almost 80% parking spot is filledeven before 5pm during weeknights.) Read more

As a great food critic and someone who has worked in customer service before. I feel the customer service reflects poorly on... this business. As I am not greeted with nice smiles and a welcome instead I am greeted with people who give me deathstares thatlook miserable with their lives. Not only do I feel very anxious every time I go here but I feel the employees hate me wheneverI walk in and this is why this business is doing poorly. Please hire more welcoming employees. I ordered 8 pieces of chicken for $20. I watched the lady scrutinized every piece of chicken as she put in the bucket. When I... got home and open the bucket I was shocked to see each piece of chicken was cut in half almost the size of a table spoon. So really I got 4 pieces cut into 8.
