Tried theor italian palm burger it was very good .

This was my first time ordering form Hero Certified Burgers. I ordered a single burger and Mukit H assumed I wanted a combo and... charged me for a combo. When I asked for a refund, she refused. I ended up only getting the burger because I did not want friesor drink (I am on a diet). She was super rude as well. I?m never coming back to this place ever again. Scammer! Read more

This location of hero certified burger is not as good other locations. There plant based patty was not fresh at all.

Over priced burgers taste like dry tree bark. Harveys Wendy's cheaper and better.

This is one of the worst Hero locations, their burgers are not as good as other locations, always missing items on the burger... and made so poorly. Wouldn't recommend. Read more

I've had HERO Burger at many places, but this place was a little under average compared to some other locations I've been to.... Out of the two times I went, my burger was undercooked, but they fixed it for me when I went back. They didn't include all thetoppings I wanted either. Fries were consistent quality, and cashier was very quiet and didn't really talk to me when I ordered.If I really want HERO Burgers, I may consider other locations before coming back, but I would definitely give them anotherchance!
