Great customer service and quick food prep. The girl that took my order also was doing grill- props to her. She took my order in... a friendly and promptly manner. I then saw her go and was her hands and proceed to make my order. This location follows sanitaryhygiene. I had a great experience. Thursday, Feb 24th around 5:00pm. The food tasted amazing. Placed a large order of 10 burger combos on Uber Eats. All the burgers came grouped in a bag with no labels. We had to open each... burger individually to see what was inside. We were missing one combo, gravies and straws. The drinks weren't labelled either.It was such a messy hassle. Will never order from or come here again. Read more
*SEE THE IMAGE PLEASE* This location was by far my worst experience with Harvey?s. I entered the store on 15th of October at... 11:30pm and placed my order with the lady at the counter who was displaying a subtle rude behaviour. She was the only one at thecounter. After a while I see my order ready at the kitchen counter where all the orders were piling up. I stood near the counterto collect it. People kept coming in one after another to order or pick up. They were asking her to rush, they literally wantedto leave as she was taking too long and giving everyone attitude. The lady was taking it too too too easy like as if it were herfather?s store. She was slow, lazy, packing the burgers at her own pace and was not customer friendly at all. I never reactedjust waited for my order and left 12:05am. That?s when I got my order. She absolutely needs to be disciplined. SEE THE PICTURE.That was literally my salad that was waiting at the kitchen counter literally for 25mins. That was how it was kept, with the lidopen. Read more
I usually order through the app and have no issues. But today I place an order and went to the restaurant and they told me they... don?t have my order. And instead of helping me find out what happened to my order she said call customer support and startedtaking other customers. She didn?t even give me a support number I had to figure it out myself. So I was left with confusion ofwhere my paid order went. I eventually called customer support and they confirmed I placed my order and it should be in theirsystem and the support lady called this location and they didn?t pick up and she said she has to submit a ticket.. ok so I askfor a refund and I was told the restaurant has to do it. And once again I?m left with confusion cause how is the restaurant thatdidn?t receive my order going to give me a refund. At this point I just got frustrated and went back inside and told them theorder was placed and went through. And they made me my order after serving everyone else that came before me and told me theycouldn?t pick up the supports calls because they were ?busy?. So it took about an hour to just get the food I paid for online toskip a busy line initially. Harveys should find a way to efficiently handle orders like this. Like how hard would it be to takemy order number and find that an order was placed. Like why is customer support able to pull up my order and not the people atthe store. On the bright side there are many other restaurants around this location I can chose from. I will not be returning. Read more
