Ordered a regular poutine for take out. Got to my car, opened it and there were 3 pieces of cheese curd. Took it back and... politely complained. They offered a new poutine. Moldy bun still served to me!!! This was my 6 year olds sons burger, clearly this is gross negligence on the establishment. I... did speak to the supervisor on the day of the incident who tried to downplay my request for them to check their stock. A managerdid try to contact me however I did not wish to hear .ore excuses from the location so I have also spoke to the area managertoday. Who did their best to resolve the situation. I would still like to publicly share my experience again as the location isobviously trying to be deceptive to the area manager by down playing or misrepresenting their side of the story to him. Ipersonally will continue to advise everyone I know to avoid here at all costs. Thankfully my son was alright. Read more

10/31: While waiting for our order from Swiss Chalet, I watched a young lady at the Harvey's counter rub her neck & lightly... scratch her forearm with gloved hands. Without washing or changing the gloves she served the next takeout order. It is my hopethat food establishments consistently review cleanliness with their staff. Read more

What an excellent bunch of people who work here. So polite, helpful and friendly. I was surprised as after all, this is fast... food restaurant. It's how the staff explains things properly and politely that make a difference. They might be zipping aroundbehind the counter filling orders but when they talk to me, they act like I was actually an important customer and not justpaying $5 for a meal. Thank you. Burned, oil socked fries. I can feel that burned smell and taste in mouth even after 15 mnts. Damn ruined the day. I WAS a great... harveys fan, took a friend with me to introduce the best burger, ended by introducing the worst fries. The ambience is nicethough, but not the food.. Read more
Employees put in a lot of effort, it would be great if the owner would allow them to throw out the expired produce so I can... actually have fresh lettuce for once again. I'm not gonna go here at least until winter or something, hopefully the owner willallow them to spend money on fresh veggies again. (when I say the employees put in effort, I mean the burger looks beautiful,down to the way its wrapped even, but the actual veggies have been bad two times in a row now, the employees seem to care aboutthe way everything is done so I doubt they're avoiding cutting fresh lettuce/tomatoes/onion/cucumber/etc) Read more
