Disgusting. They handle your food after touching receipts that came into contact with money. Very unsanitary. The employees also... touch they're clothes while handling food. Gross. Also the hand dryers in the washrooms don't work at all. They're like reallyold. Never going back to this Harvey's. Read more

First off, getting in this place when you have a mobility device is not easy as the doors are not automatic. Secondly, while our... order was taken right away and we were called over to dress my burger quickly, we then waited almost 10 minutes for the rest ofour food. There were three customers served their food before us, that had order after us. Two of those orders included chickenstrips which we were waiting for as well as waiting on fries and onion rings. It wasn't until I finally asked what was going onthat the rest of our food was given to us. It would have been really nice, if we had to wait so long, for someone to saysomething to us. The girl that got my burger ready was just standing around doing nothing. They could have told us that it wouldbe a bit and let us have a seat. Instead, they make us wait without any explanation. Then, when we finally get to sit down andeat, the pop is flat in both our drinks. They were two different kinds of pop so it wasn't the type of drink. On top of theproblems with the food/drinks the washrooms are not accessible and it smelled like urine down the hall to the washrooms. This isnot the first time I have had problems with this location but, it will probably be the last time I visit this particularrestaurant. I will find another Harvey's to go to in the future. This is the worst location ever. I came here twice this summer and they had no ice vith times. Also the pop machines needed to... be changed. The soda was so flat. They also wouldnt let me redeem a digital coupon when other locations just do it for mewithout having to order on my phone. Read more
Went here for the 3 for $5 deal! The service was great, the food was coming out fresh and overall it was very quick! You get to... put your own toppings. The donuts were warm, crispy on the inside, tender and juicy on the inside. They're really worth a tryand are a pretty good dense/sweet snack. The hotdog was really good, probably my favourite out of the jr chicken or jr burger.The onion rings are fresh and taste good. I enjoy to put them inside the burgers for that extra crunch. It was the same angus burger I had at other Harvey's locations. The burgers lacked the flame broiled taste. It was somewhat of a... soggy mess. Felt kind of ripped off to be honest. Also although it was near the end of the nite, the place looked like it wasnever cleaned all day. The service on the other hand was super friendly. Read more
The offer of two Harvey's Junior burgers for $3.00 was enough to get me out of the house and into this White Shield Plaza... location. January 27th is the final day for this promotion...no coupon required but it can't be combined with other offers nora combo. Flame-grilled is where it's at and as good as if you were stationed at your own backyard BBQ pit. The unique cookingallows the burger juices to sweat away from the meat. You can dress up your burger however you like. For me, it's the workswith extra pickles on the side! Service was fast and efficient for a delicious $3.15 lunch. Read more
Arrived around 7pm. Wasn?t addressed in anyway until one person ?decided? to take my order after me standing there for 5... minutes. I?m fine with waiting but with three people, two are helping people and the third just standing around? shame. Was toldthat for a drive-thruless location that their washrooms were closed, quick question; isn?t that a health and safety issue forrestaurants? Short wait for my burger, however after receiving it, waited another 10 minutes for a milkshake that the employeewalked away from multiple times (and also left the ice cream machine open and leaking all over the counter), and after all thattime waiting, it was sour. Didn?t see anyone freshly pour my drink and upon actually trying it, it was just harshly watered downpepsi. Very sad, worst harvey?s i have been to. Also line cook was half wearing a hairnet? kinda hard to do even with your hairup in a bun, i would know i did it for a year at tim hortons. 40 minutes for a burger combo, a milkshake and some doughnuts, andit wasn?t particularly ?busy? either for a friday night.
