Poor customer service?.. specific employee curse at customers when customers ask about their order? Threatens to call cops on... customers and not getting the right response. Not a recommendation to anyone who wants to enjoy a nice decent peaceful meal. Read more
No one at cashier while a line was forming, asked for burger with no cheese and still got cheese, worker didn?t know what... belonged on angus burger when I asked for ?everything you can ask for? and ended up putting literally every topping there was.Burger was also a bit burnt. Read more
Absolutely unorganized here. I'm not sure if it's the same management as the one at Kingston and Lawrence, but there were no... trays, air conditioning seemed to be off or non-functioning and the staff seemed quite careless. An elderly lady in front of meordered two plain Angus burgers, yet the the guy had some attitude to the nice lady who just wanted a burger with nothing onit... I love Harvey's but this has been an experience that was by far the worst. Read more
I still gave you 3 stars but could have gone lower. I Picked up 4 combos through the drive thru today and ALL 4 COMBOS were... shoved in 1 bag. Certainly not Wendy's who puts each combo in it's own bag. I was then asked if I wanted a tray for my 4drinks...where did she expect me to put the 4 drinks in the car with only 1 other person with me??? SMH My burger was not evenHOT...my home is a very short distance from this location so on a hot day my food should still be HOT...UNACCEPTABLE. Let's dobetter Harvey's. Read more
It wasn?t even busy and they served burnt burger meat and looks like they refried the chicken strips. Fries in the poutine and... onion rings tasted old. Person on the grill and fryer should look to do something else because they obviously are not good atworking a grill and fryer. Best part of the meal was the drinks. Even worse was it was a late dinner and only had time to getfast food on the way home. If I have to go to this location again i will be checking the food before i leave. Don?t mean to be akaren but if you don?t care about serving me trash then I don?t care about calling you out and making sure i get my money?sworth. Read more
I am a regular customer at Harvey's but this particular location gave a bad experience. The staff was not at all friendly, and... order was also not served properly. She was hardly hearing the order. In the name of fries, all we were served with left overpieces. I wasted my $24 here. Neither the burger was warm. Read more
I needed another snack and Harvey?s is just northeast of Hwy 401 at Morningside Ave. Harvey?s is paired up with Swiss Chalet... and accessed via the same main entrance; left for Harvey?s, right for Swiss Chalet. The special of 2 original Harvey Hamburgerfor $6 was my meal choice. With the COVID-19 situation, customers have to decide on the burger toppings from a list postedbefore paying for the order. If you have a food complaint, trying to get a hold of the restaurant is impossible. Bought a meal take out and brought it home.... There were 2 long hairs in the poutine, my son was just thrown off when it was in his mouth and did not want his meal.
