I'm not sure what happened to this location, but the pizza (pepperoni pizza) has become very gross. Something was off with the... cheese used (waxy/vegan-like, if I were to describe it). You can tell right away by looking at the pizza that something isreally off. It is unfortunate as the pizza from here used to be really good (from last year). As someone who loves pizza and could eat it every day. I have tried almost every pizza place in the entire GTA. I can safely... say, they are #1 for worst pizza. The cheese is waxy and tastes terrible, the dough tastes like frozen pizza you buy from thegrocery store and forget about for a couple months and only found when there is nothing left to eat. Toppings are ok, sauce ismiddle of the road but combined with the cheese and dough, there is no coming back from it. Also ordered garlic bread withcheese which was great AFTER having to pull apart the pieces as they samwiched them together with cheese in the middle so whenyou pull apart only one piece has cheese. Trust me, save your money and just order the cardboard pizza from pizza pizza. It'sten times better than anything Gino's provides. OH before I forget, when you go in to the store to order directly from them,when it's time to pay they make sure to leave it on the screen asking how much you would like to tip. So you feel like you HAVEto tip just to order pizza. The pizza I received was AFTER I tipped 15%, so the pizza wasn't purposely bad for not tipping. Read more
Never had Gino?s pizza until today and surprisingly had a slice that was on the hot table. Heated back up to perfection.... ????hella surprised it was pretty good for fast food pizza. And very friendly staff! Read more
I've ordered directly and picked up from this location a couple of times and the pizza was delicious. Ordered today through Uber... Eats and the cheese on the pizza was terrible. It was mushy and had a weird texture - almost like it was a low fat or vegancheese. Gross. I ate the pizza because I was really hungry but it wasn't enjoyable/tasty. Read more

This location just recently opened and I was excited to try it. They had a pretty good special online which was a large 3... topping pizza for $12.99 We decided to go with 2 of those and one order of Flavoured Bites, in Garlic . Overall it wasn't thebest experience. When j called to place the order, I could tell the employee was new an might be in training, so I was patientand willing to repeat my order a couple of times. When I went to go pick up the pizza, I double checked my order and realizedthat the order was incorrect. I let them know and they were happy to fix it for me right away. We had to wait about 10-15minfor the new one to be made. After all that was said & done, I took the pizza home and my family & I were able to enjoy thefood. Taste: To be completely honest, I didn't like the food at all. I found both the pizza & garlic bites to be realllyyyyyychewy. I don't know if that's because they were both under cooked or it's something off with the dough, but I definitely wasn'ta fan. I did try to reheat the garlic bites in my toast oven to see if I could crisp them up, but they still ended up prettychewy. I don't think I'll be coming back here.
