I get a salad or a bowl from here at least once a week and this is by far the best freshii location I've been to. They have... excellent customer service, they're fast and they don't just throw together the food and they also don't skimp on theingredients. Love this location! Read more
I waited 5-10 minutes at the front while waiting for someone to help me. I can see that there was a lady further in the back who... was on the phone. An employee came out of the washroom and then told the lady on the phone to come help me. The lady who wasserving me was on her phone the whole time. I had some questions about the menu and she was not helpful and kept taking thecall. At least put the guy on hold as it was a personal call. Or get the other person to help. Normally the gentleman who Ibelieve owns the place is a lot kinder and more attentive. I just walked out and took my business somewhere else. Read more
Overpriced for what I got but nice service. I got the teriyaki Twist and it was disproportionly mostly filled with just rice,... once you mix it. It didn't taste all that good, quite frankly not worth it. However, the person at the front was nice andfriendly. Read more
I placed an order for lemongrass soup through Uber eats. I had zero issues with Uber eats however the quality of the soup from... this location was very poor. The flavour was bland, it was like lemongrass water and it was extremely spicy. Don?t get me wrongI love Freshii soup however this one was horrible it had zero flavour and the size portion was tiny, that may have been my faultfor not observing the size. I spent $14 on a cup of soup that I could not eat. It?s almost like they watered down the soup. Tothe owner of this location, Please improve so I can give your location a second chance. Thank you.
