First of all the Food was fresh and delicious one of the Nigerian restaurants i tried the food and for the first time and I'm... not disappointed. I would recommend this to friends and family. I try to support my community but the customer service here is very bad. I have purchased many dishes from them because the food... is very good. However, they will always tell you 20-30 minutes to wait, when really your food is not ready for over an hoursometimes. The owner will always say he will call you when the food is ready, and sometimes he forgets to call. I sent one of myclients to their establishment because I said how good the food was. She had such a horrible experience with customer service,she didn't even pick her food up. For the last time, I called to order something and the guy had so much attitude andfrustration on the phone, he made me feel like I was annoying him to order. I hope they eventually get more kitchen staff andcustomer service training. They have great potential but just be mindful if you order from them, the food is always late. Read more
