Went to have Keto Skillet breakfast after a walk. When the server brought the meal, I alerted him and show him that the avocado... was not good. His reply was, ?the avocado is good, that is how avocado is. If you have had avocado before you would know it?sgood, the chef will also tell you it?s good?. See the image for yourself. Would you eat this avocado? Any good server wouldapologize and attempt to change. The servers at eggsmart at Victoria park and Sheppard are a class above the rest. Take yourbusiness there!! You get the right service and portions. You don?t lose a customer over an ?almost side of avocado? that isgoing bad, it wasn?t even a full half. This proves to me you guys are not service oriented. Was my first time being here and had a bad experience dealing with the lady on the phone. They got our toast wrong and I had... ordered take out and once we got to our destination we realized it was wrong. I called and the lady on the phone offered 1 sliceof bread instead of the 4 slices they got wrong. Now its nothing to really make a fuss about but rather the customer service Igot was very unprofessional. It just seems like the people doing take out are at a loss considering the folks dining= betterservice = likely to tip. Anyhow went the next day again and purchased another 2 breakfast meals as our unit was being sprayed. Icalled in before and mentioned to add the bread that were added wrong and the lady on the line starts to say "oh my gosh, pleasespeak clearer next time". Now I'm not the one to freak out but she was very rude and not letting me speak and on top accusing mesomething she had no knowledge of, like a typical Karen but from a different country(Chinese lady) with an accent that I couldbarely make out. She had the audacity to tell me to speak clearer next time when ordering, where as I am born in Canada and thelady who took my order repeated every thing I had requested to verify so can guarantee that the verbal verification was correct. The Chinese lady on the phone on the other hand I believe is the manager there but was denying when asked on the phone. I don'twant to make this too long but this was literally the worst customer service I had dealt with. Oh, I forgot to add regarding myorder. They did end up giving me the slice breads but they gave me the smallest end cuts which they would not give to a customerto begin with and also, they shrunk my egg and my breakfast potatoes and was much smaller than the first breakfast I got. Nicely maintained modern Eggsmart. Very reasonably priced as usual, a very good option for a no-nonsense breakfast.
