Ordered medium pizza and wings. Delivery was delayed and received wrong pizza. Called the store to inform about it politely when... I noticed. The lady who answered the phone was not professional, no empathy and rude. She told me I’ll get a credit (I cancall the store and order 1 medium 3 topping pizza anytime). I explained her that I’m starving right now, wasted time waitingfor wrong order and how is offering credit (first of all I paid for it) helping this situation. She then offered to send mypizza now and said those are the only 2 options I have rudely. I requested her to send my pizza, she agreed (didn’t mentionanything about me having to return the wrong pizza). After 30mins(5:30pm) delivery guy (Atal - that’s what he said when Iasked his name) knocked on the door, hesitated to give me my pizza, told me it’s a replacement order and I’d need to returnthe other pizza (I did not touch the pizza and had no issue returning it, the lady I was spoke to didn’t inform that i’dneed to return other pizza and it felt unsanitary/unsafe specially with COVID going around. I hope they don’t sell it tosomeone else by resealable it.) I returned the pizza and the guy gave me new pizza. Pizza was good. But if your employees can NOT tell somebody who is sick and not in a mask to leave, then that's sad. We are in... times of Covid. A kid was in the store coughing SO much and I had to say something. They still didn't kick her out of the store.There was 2 woman and the little girl. She did NOT have to be in the store. It’s both customized pizza and tasted so good! It’s just that… one handmade pan pizza was not slice at all. But the thin... crust was not forgotten. Good thing it’s for dinner tonight at home.
