I ordered the Cinnastix which is my favourite dessert. There was 8 slices and when I picked up the last 2 slices, I saw a small... fly squirming around until it was dead. So I went back and demanded the workers to make me a new one for free and they did. Iwould of given this a 5 for the food but seeing that fly made me uncomfortable. Please do better Domino's. Bad coustmer service, very poor communication skills, absent coustmer skills .ordered 2 large pizza and they misunderstood me... over phone and make it thin crust , not that only but even it iwas burnt pizza. No intentions to say sorry .not offered refundor made the correct one. Read more
They would get Zero stars if it were possible. Don't order from this store. I prepaid for the pizza to be delivered, with a... tip. The dominoes driver left my food at the front of my condo building, he did not deliver it to my apt. And it was stolen. The store did nothing about it, and blamed the condo security. The driver that we had paid already did not deliver the food tothe address he was paid to deliver to. He did not even have the decency to call us and tell us he left the food on a bench inthe lobby of my condo building. So dominoes basically took our 80 bucks and didnt care about actually doing what they were paidto do. Worst experience ever!!!! Read more
The customer service was extremely bad.. The lady turned off lights at 10 :30 pm while we were still in the restaurant waiting... for the order . The order taker was so rude saying Check the menu when I asked for the toppings ? the food (choco lava cake wasunder cooked ) and the pizza had no cheese at all even I asked for extra cheese ?
