Worst customer experience. I asked for whip cream and a bit more drizzle. The lady poured almost a quarter cup of chocolate... drizzle. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. NO APOLOGIES I would recommend timmies just across the shoppers. Read more
Hi Everyone, I love this coffee shop at Golden Mile, she closes at 5, was still there at 6 and made me a pot for 2 medium... coffee's. That is amazing and I wish more people were like her. It?s not the best thing to drink after my workout but it was staring me in the face upon exiting Fit4Less inside the Golden Mile... Plaza. I wanted/needed a coffee after looking outside at the snowstorm. This small outlet is run by the owner from what Igather. It can be rather quiet one moment and then super busy the next so one can be frustrated by the lone employee if you?rewaiting but in a rush. I feel for her as my background included Restaurant management. The medium coffee for $1.75 hit thespot. You can order other drinks such as smoothies, get a breakfast sandwich, or pick up a limited choice of bakeryitems. There?s a limited number of tables/seats if you choose to relax like I did. This is my first time at this mall and when I bought lunch at this little kiosk, I didn't expect much. However, even though the... lady at the counter was clearly over burdened, she was polite and the grilled roast beef sandwich was excellent. Her tip jarwas empty at the time, which is a real shame, given that she is serving so many clients all by herself and with such a scantamount of doughnuts, etc. at her disposal. Kudos to this brave and strong woman who is holding down the fort on her own, andstill manages to serve the clients so well. Read more
I've been here a few times and the person at cash always seems to overcharge me. I've let it go a few times already, but it's... been very constant and when I try to mention the correct price she fights me on it and then admits the overcharge and tries toblame the credit/debit machine system. I've heard these excuses too many times so I finally took the time to write thisreview. The service can also be very slow since there's only one person working at the stand and the food is average withminimal choices. I would only come here if I was desperate otherwise there are better choices nearby. Read more
