New Scarborough location at Kennedy commons. There?s space for indoor and outdoor seating. They have self serve kiosks here too

Don't try ordering ahead on the app because by the time you arrive they probably have not even looked at your order. I've... noticed multiple times that when I pre order on the app and when I arrive the store is busy, they will completely ignore mobileorders coming in. I arrived and waited 25mins for my order then when they store cleared out I asked when mine would be ready,turns out that they haven't even processed mine and I was told to reorder in store. This was a complete waste of time and beatsthe purpose of pre-ordering. The Staff needs to learn to balance both instore and mobile orders. Read more

First of all the chinese girl with red/purple green hair ignored us when the store was completely just 3 of us even after we... ordered through instore kiosk...then ppl started coming thought they were doing our order 15mins later I found out ppl whom cameafter us made the order after us were all getting served..so I stepped up asking a male staff whom came momentarily then heasked the girl to make ours...She Knew we were there the whole time...for some reason or the only reason she doesn't likechines3.... Oh yes our mango smoothies were half made no taste no mixed....she probably purposely did that...we just walked awaydidn't want to engage fight over ???? son was disappointed which made me really mad. Ordered hot drink and gave me a straw to drink with it??!seriously?? and the worst is they didn't put a coffee lids..They didn't... even have a sleeve in the cup..train your staff how to handle order especially in hot drinks. Ordered at the kiosk which cannot accept loyalty rewards card. I lost my points and immediately headed to counter and the Team... Lead could not remedy the situation. I asked for a refund to reprocess the order on her terminal and was refused. This is poorexecution on Chatime and a bitter experience. Further, my order was for brown sugar cream roasted milk tea. The place is very fancy and staffs are very friendly and nice!! Definitely a place to go for a cup of bubble tea????????????????
