Caribbean Wave came through for us big time!!! They catered for us last Sunday at Malvern Christian Assembly for 700 people! We... ordered trays of fried rice, fried chicken and jerk chicken. The food was all ready 10 minutes prior to pick up, the food stayedhot until we served it, and the food was delicious. It is no easy task to have 50 trays of food ready for 11am, but they did itand did it well! We were so pleased with Amanda and her amazing customer service and organization.
