The lady works there doesn't know anything and so rude. There was a 5 star rating system after you hand in the packages and the... lady gave herself the 5 star on the system. When I confronted her about it she told me to call the Canada Post with a rudeattitude. Read more
Avoid this shady place at all costs. The big old Asian woman with glasses who works here ripped me off. I dropped off my... packages with prepaid labels and she made me paid for another shipping label for one package because it was over the weightlimit for the prepaid package. The package was 1.6kg. Later on I double checked my labels and they all support over 2.5kg. Read more
Girl has attitude issues (Very rude, literally the most immature and the most unpleasant person I've ever met), bad experience... EVERYTIME I go there, and just overall not a good place. Do not go, if you can avoid this place please do. I NEVER writereviews, but all my experiences with the lady wearing the glasses has been bad, sure workers can have bad days BUT if she'shaving bad days EVERYDAY, maybe she should look for another job... The big lady in there with the glasses takes so long moving slow and speaking in their own language with the girl working at the... lottery booth. She doesn't care if there's a huge line up. She's sort of rude. I've went there about 5 times to pick up apackage and every time has been a bad experience.. bad customer service.. No one at post office. Store open but no one working the counter. This is the type of garbage service you will receive in this... place. Is someone going to complain to Canada post about this?
