Saddest sandwich I ever ate. My one and only 1 star review. I ordered a new yorker bergie. It was $9.59. The size is not even... longer than a 6 inch sandwich at subway! Was this a sample size? Don't get scammed by their pretty menu photos, they are usingpictures of a regular sandwich to showcase a bergie. You are paying almost $10 for a sandwich that can be eaten in 3 bites.Sure the taste is okay, not great but it looks NOTHING like on the menu. First off they had like one guy working there and he has to make and pack all the food. What?s up with that? So it took a while... to get the food out to say the least. The poutine supreme here is also a so called ?large? but it definitely doesn?t feel like alarge. It was 20 bucks I wouldn?t say it?s worth it. I don't normally review restaurants but since this ridiculous mistake happened, I had to. There is a reason why I gave this ONE... STAR. Earlier today, I ordered from Bergham - Scarborough for the first time in UberEats. When my order arrived, I must say, Ilove the sandwich and the cheese fries combo AND I also ordered the Chocolate Tiramisu. Tiramisu is one of my favouritedesserts of all time so that's why I ordered it. I dug into the Tiramisu with 3 bites until.... I noticed something very funny,odd and DISGUSTING. THERE WAS MOULD ON THE TIRAMISU. I FOUND THE PORTION OF THE MOULD BY DIGGING IN THE MIDDLE OF THECUP. After realizing that it was mould, I literally ran to the bathroom and vomited the bites I ate. The crew of Bergham -Scarborough... HOW?! I AM SHOCKED THAT YOU JUST SERVED THIS FOOD ITEM TO ME. I WOULD'VE PROBABLY GOT MYSELF SUPER ILL FROM IT.DO YOU PEOPLE SERVE THESE EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE EXPIRED AND HAS MOULD?! To the people who are reading this, and in any othercircumstance, DO NOT ORDER ANY OF THEIR DESSERTS. This is poor Health and Safety Management to their food that they are servingto their customers. This place has the best sandwiches in scarborough! Loaded and filling and just so juicy! When you first open up that sandwich,... you think wow! And when you can?t even finish the fries because you?re that full, you just think, ?I?m 100% satisfied!? A lotof great options and you will be so happy with any choice you make. My choice was the filet mignon and so juicy! The buns soakup all the flavour and makes the entire meals ingredients complement each other! The best part is they also have an option foryou to build your own sandwich to just the way you like it too! Service! Been there twice and ON POINT! Patient and each timesuggesting recommendations on what should be tried! Went through the entire menus top items and explained what was so good aboutthose sandwiches. And to end, you?re definitely gonna want an order of the lokmas! And if there?s no line, don?t think, act andthink later! Because you will regret not ordering the lokmas! Great job overall! This is a great Middle Eastern / Turkish style fusion sandwich. I had the Doner option which I thought was OK. I think the... original Berghie (with the sliders) will be the one to try next time. Read more
Been searching for a great halal sandwich place for a while and I'm happy that I found Bergham. Sandwiches are stuffed with... meat. The right ratio of sauce to sandwich so no soggy sandwiches unlike other places. Glad I also got a chance to visit therestaurant during the grand opening promotion. The hype is real with fantastic sandwiches and better than donuts, lokmas. Read more
Made my own sandwich with fried and tandoori chicken. The food is on point here and solid value considering for $12 you get 2... proteins. Service is also fantastic. Will definitely be returning here for the sandwich. Read more
