Excellent food! Nice staff. We ordered Tandoori on the rocks, Lamb Shank with butter naan and T-bone steak. All the items were... delicious. Lamb shank was a bit salty. The sauce in the Chicken on the rocks makes it mouthwatering. I got deceived by the lookthough thinking the amount of chicken was not enough. But then found plenty of chicken covered by the rice ????. My daughterliked the T-bone. However, if washrooms were a little better, i'd give five stars. I'd like to go there again. Read more
Ordered two chicken dishes , one of them was the chicken tikka plate and other was 2 pc with fries! The 2pc chicken was good but... rice on the plate was very dry and garlic sauce they gave was also very less. I won?t say that the customer service was notfriendly but it was more like they did not want to entertain you! Overall food was good , fair price but they could improve alot on their customer service. One star less because of the customer service. All the best! Read more
Food is great but I?ve ordered the chicken on the rocks 2x and both times there were barely any chicken. It was like sprinkles... of tiny chicken pieces with the sauce and a big portion of rice. Read more
I?ve been visiting this place since 2019 and they have been able to maintain the same flavour, taste and quality since Day... 1. My favourite dish is the Friday special. Chicken pieces are hot and steamy and they posses such an excellent flavour.Combine the sauce they provide as a side and its heaven. I?ve nothing to mention as a con as no other restaurant in Scarboroughhas been providing consistent quality like Badshah Grill. It?s a must try. Nice quiet place to have dinner with family. Helpful staff. Two things I didn't really like are: they didn't have any dessert... option, all buffet places at least offer 2 deserts, they only carry gulab jamuns. Second is that I wish they only use one doubledoor enterence and close of the second enterence, if you're there with kids on a cold day and the door keeps on opening its abother.. otherwise nice place ???? ?? ???? Yes, I did try the fruit salad, but that doesn't actually count as desert ????especially in Ramadan, fruit salad is a must for iftaar. Read more
The great taste of Biryani and Beef Ribs in Scarborough town. I recommend this place to all family and friends. This place is amazing. From the food, service and overall experience. Definitely worth a try, especially the new Chicken on the... Rocks. Come in different flavours. It was fresh and flavourful. I've lived in Scarborough for a few years now, and haven't before had the opportunity to try out Badshah Grill. Yesterday I... decided to dine in for an early dinner, and was quite pleased. I ordered the chicken malai dinner special, part of their mealcombo section. It was served quite quickly and hot, not to mention the portion size was worthy of its reasonable price. Itwasn't too light nor too heavy. I did feel the chicken could have had more flavor to it given the dish I chose. The side saladalso could have used a bit more variety with the choice of greens. The naan and rice on the other hand were well made, and alsoserved nice and hot. If you're looking for a nice place to dine in situated in a convenient location, and want something thatdoesn't break your wallet, please do visit this restaurant. I'll be back soon to try more dishes from the menu, and hope thatthey pay more attention to the flavor of the dish being served. Having worked in food based roles before, it doesn't hurt tohave a little taste test with the food being served, as long as you follow the proper safety protocols when doing so. Read more
