Amira's was my first experience with trinidadian style of food. I have visited twice and both times it was pretty late, the... location is small with limited seating and I ordered for take out on both occasions. The first time, I had ordered doubles withhot sauce. It was my first time having doubles so I have nothing to compare it to, but I felt it was pretty greasy and mushy soI had to eat it with a fork at home. On my second visit, I tried the Aloo Pie. It was tasty, it held together well and thedipping sauce tasted tangy to offset the potatoey thickness. Overall, both experiences were decent and made for a different latenight food rush experience.
