Well, the place looked clean. It had a nice variety of European grocery items, too. Anyway, I went to the back where the deli... is and found desserts in the corner. It appears that they have a number system used at their deli which is also extended totheir dessert section. As it was my first time there, I did not know this. When I managed to get the attention of the ladyserving the desserts, (-she would not make eye contact with me despite seeing me standing there for 5 minutes), she told me toget a number. At this time NO ONE was waiting on service at either the deli or the dessert section. Her attitude wasdismissive if not rude. Condescending. I just walked out. And I'll never return, that's for sure! No more masks! Places a large order of cabbage rolls and they had no flavour. Ordered kevaps (kebabs) as well and they were raw.... Not cooked. They were also selling discounted items (jars of zucchini and peppers) expired from last year 2021 for $2. Ratherdisappointed and cannot recommend this location anymore. Read more
Love this place. They have everything like a European deli world have and more. They even give you a sample of subscribe you... have never tried before. They have so many meats, breads and even speciality orders. Check it out the even have thick Englishbacon. Three stay are awesome and will answer and question you have. Check them out. Been here a few times, great little gem in Scarborough in selection of cold cuts, European groceries and beautiful deli... sandwiches freshly made! However it can improve in the customer service department, especially over at the deli side. Willdefinitely visit the store again! Read more
Very nice Euro Delicatessen. A lot of variety, from jams, to pickled vegetables, snacks, spices, frozen foods, deli cuts,... desserts and breads. Safety measures are put in place to ensure social distancing during this time. Lots of space in this deli.Lots of parking in the plaza. Read more
