I generally like a&w alot because their quality, but at this location i bought blt burger and found out the chicken patty they... had given me was stale, smelling bad and was soggy. Otherwise fresh patty and oil doesnt smell so much. I would rather not comeat this location again nor recommend going to this location to anyone. Worst Experience ever Read more
Can honestly say the staff were really nice, but something's up here. I had the worst case of food poisoning I've ever had... because of this location. Bought from here 2 weeks ago and I'm still trying to recover from it. Like another review said aboutsoggy onion rings, my girlfriend and I had French fries that were dense, soggy and didn't taste normal like other A&W locations.The burgers also did not taste right either. Both of us got sick. Honestly, avoid this location at all costs, don't make thesame mistake we did. Take the extra time to go to a further location. Read more
Ordered just 2 burgers... Had to wait almost 20 mins and still in my car now... People are laughing and giggling inside...... Unbelievable!! Work on this store A&W! Already made a big line queue of cars.. Read more
Brought down to 1 star, onlybecause A&W is normaly a great restaurant, but most the time I get the worse service at this... location. I've had the staff get confrontatinonal with me several times to the point that I can't come here again out of selfrespect. I know I'm going to wait and get lousy service here, so is my own fault for even going there again. I give-up on thislocation, your not supposed to feel uptight and disrespected when you go out to grab a bite anywhere. Read more

I ordered a coffee and asked for napkins. They only had about two tablespoons of coffee and one tablespoon of milk left in the... machine (this location is self-serve. ) They offered to make me a new pot of coffee but since I was in a hurry I told them thatI'd be happy to just fill the remainder of my cup up with milk. After giving me seven shots of what I assume to be milk I leftand began drinking my coffee only to realize that it had been seven shots of cream instead of milk. Employees and their friends are hanging around the front counter. I waited over 3 minutes until one finally went behind counter... and took my order. Employee friends are using coffee station and pop stations for free while coughing and touching everything.Gross. I?m leaving now and never be back. Read more
