Always came here during lunch time with my friends. The pizza is good!
I ordered thru Uber Eats, arrival expected between 7:55 to 8:15pm but no update whatsoever after that, like Uber Eats was stuck... at "almost here" delivery status more than an hour after the expected arrival time. I tried calling the store 3x but to noavail. When I was about to buy another pizza outside, I received a call and saw this guy on the other side of the street lookingfor my address. I said to him what happened and all that I understood from what he told me was "rush rush..." These are the rudest people I?ve ever encountered through Uber eats. Do not order through them on Uber. My order was never... delivered and when I called they kept claiming it was and basically said ?oh well? and hung up on me twice. After, theyproceeded to stop answering my calls. Don?t risk Uber with them. Read more

The pizza was okay but the employee who served didnt have a mask on his face and was speaking while packing up our pizza. During... the most severe wave of COVID ever experienced. Head office should educate staff and enforce responsible COVID policies, or theywill risk being reported to TPH eventually. Moreover when I asked for the dipping sauce and wanted to pay by card the the guyworking there said 2 bucks or leave the store. Pizza was fine, but I ordered and payed for a Extra-Large 16" pizza. Upon inspection, I realized that I had received a 14" Large... Pizza. I can't believe that the staff are so incompetent that they can't tell the difference between 16" and 14". I will notbe wasting any more money here again. Read more
