I love a kfc/taco bell combo as a vegetarian, because I can order Mac and cheese with my spicy potato soft tacos! This joy is... immediately flattened when I explicitly order meat-free dishes (even with a whole conversation about it with the teller) and Icome home with beef and chicken. I can't feed my family most of that meal, and now I'm out $15. ???? I haven't had much issuewith Taco Bells mucking up my order that bad in years so this is particularly disappointing. Read more
Went into this location & stood at the counter for 10 minutes with my Fiancé & our 2 children before anyone even came over to... us. When someone DID come over they told us ?we?re not taking orders inside but the drive thru line isn?t too crazy? afterwalking out & driving into the drive thru line, we got stuck in the line that was NOT moving. Once we finally approached thespeaker, we were told they?d be right with us, again we waited before someone came back on the speaker to even take our order.After sitting in this line for another 15+ minutes we got to the window & was not handed our entire order & after being askedwhy I was still there, the guy at the window laughed & said ?oh that was my bad? after all of this I just wanted to get home toeat (my stupidity for not checking) my food was not even right. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Chicken was burnt, desert dry, ordered original recipe and it was so overcooked that you'd think... I ordered extra crispy. Rolls were rock hard. Potatoes and coleslaw were the only edible items. Huge disappointment ????. Read more
Waited forever after bowl selection was completed. No one even acknowledged I was there. Lobby only open to delivery and pickup.... I ordered online and meal was to be completed by 6:34. I didn?t receive my meal till 6:46. And it had a hair in it. Yuck. Nevercome here again. Read more
Service is lacking. No one at the counter to take orders. EVERYONE WAS SOOOO CONCERNED ABOUT THE DRIVE THROUGH!! After getting... someone?s attention, we we?re finally able to place our order. The sandwiches we got were not hot. This happened the previoustime also but we have them the benefit of the doubt and gave them another try. Never again. Good sucks as bad as the food does. Read more
First time going to a Taco Bell x KFC location. The drive through was quicker than expected, considering the line. 15 minutes... max. The [unnamed] cashier that took our order was SUPER patient, knowledgeable, and sweet. The only critique I give is that Ididn?t receive my cookie that is included in the Famous Bowl combo. Read more
